From a global pandemic, social change and the climate emergency, 2020 has forced us to reevaluate our values, rewire our thinking and reset our purpose. But with challenging circumstances comes the opportunity for positive change, from the way that we function as a society to the way we operate in business.

Re:form was set up on the belief that we have a once-in-a-generation chance to embrace the space outside of our comfort zones, and to develop a new instruction manual for our rapidly changing world. 

Founder Ursula Hutchinson, wants to empower mission-led business owners to get behind their purpose and branding through accessible tools, resources and consultancy. With an entrepreneurial background combined with six years running Konichiwa (a creative communications studio offering services to independent and fledgling businesses), Ursula knows how empowering branding is for business owners breaking into the market. She understands the importance of getting clear on your mission and bringing it to life in an easy and manageable format, through combining visual, storytelling, and communication.

Having founded Konichiwa during the last recession to help start-ups thrive, Ursula is no stranger to guiding businesses through unchartered territory, with a forward-thinking, innovative attitude and a wealth of experience behind her. As the pandemic took hold and businesses across the UK suddenly needed to pivot in order to survive, Ursula felt compelled to use her expertise to help founders to navigate the challenges ahead and flourish in the new world.

She will guide your project from idea to execution, managing the relationship between you and your Re:form team. She’s a true creative with a knack for elevating ideas to new heights and thinking outside of the box! Her bold approach and extensive knowledge of creative and marketing strategies make her your go-to branding expert.

Eva
Designer / Visual Identity

Eva specialises in visual storytelling through the convergence of typography, image and pattern. She is passionate about discovering a brand’s purpose and works to translate that into visual identities that portray a unique, captivating and strong personality. She uses innovative problem-solving and creative outcomes to heighten the connection between your brand and your customers.

Niketa
Designer / Web & Content

Niketa specialises in creating standout brand content and websites, translating your brand’s visual identity into an engaging digital experience. She loves working with inspiring and passionate people who perhaps need an extra push in the right direction to expand a new or existing idea. From initial concept and identity through to the design and development stage of a website and marketing structure, Niketa will develop the toolkit you need to share your brand with the world.

Mo Fisher
Social Media & Community Manager

Mo connects the dots between our team, clients and followers as our social media and community manager. With a background in event management, logistics and brand marketing, Mo manages Re:form’s own communications, whilst also building a buzz around our clients. She is an expert in creating and growing unique and engaged communities whilst understanding and appreciating our clients’ needs, wants and feedback.
